How it all started

When we discovered that our wonderful son had a unique journey, with all our hearts, we embraced the changes life had in store for us. Upon realizing that his younger brother was also on the autism spectrum, we sensed in our hearts that it was a calling.

We believe that behavior therapy, when applied in a human-centered way, helps people to become the best version of themselves.

"Our inspiration comes from a deeply personal place. As parents of autistic children, we have experienced firsthand the profound impact of respectful ABA practices.

With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, I have witnessed the power of human-centered approaches in teaching new skills and enhancing performance. Our journey with behavioral therapy has shown us that it's possible to improve lives without altering one's uniqueness. This experience has been transformative for our family, bringing about positive and meaningful changes that have deeply touched our hearts.

This is why I am here: I am driven by a passion for helping others reach their full potential and reach ABA no matter where they are in the world. I am committed to ensuring that as many individuals and families as possible can access the support and guidance they need to thrive."

We aim to share the incredible benefits of Behavior Therapy to everyone around the world

Mariana B. Greub - Co Founder

It took me over three decades to understand the struggles I faced throughout my life. It wasn't until I discovered that I am neuroatypical that everything began to make sense. Becoming a father to two wonderful children on the autism spectrum opened up a journey of self-discovery for me. Through love, compassion, and continuous learning, I've been able to support them in navigating their unique paths.

As a teacher and a certified Registered Behavioral Therapist in California, I've had the privilege of experiencing the challenges and joys of a diverse mind firsthand. This journey has underscored the importance of providing support to individuals as they embrace their true selves and find happiness in doing so.

My passion for teaching is deeply rooted in my desire to empower others to learn and enrich their lives. Completing my master's program in Applied Behavioral Analysis has ignited my excitement for the endless possibilities that lie ahead. Together with my wife, Mariana, we're committed to ensuring that the wonders of ABA are accessible to all who can benefit from its transformative effects.

We are dedicated to ensuring a human-centered approach of Behavioral Therapy

OUR MISSION

At Beyou we strive not only to unlock the full potential of those we serve but also to redefine the narrative around ABA itself, transforming it into a symbol of positive change and empowerment.

We believe that a holistic approach known as Positive Behavior Support (PBS) is the answer to support people in improving their lives without changing who they are.

PBS emphasizes the use of positive reinforcement, person-centered planning, and collaborative interventions to promote meaningful behavior change and improve quality of life.

Helping people to be the best version of themselves
